The Collaborative Body held it’s annual meeting on February 22, 2023. The purpose of this meeting was to review and discuss sustainability and re-envisioning recommendations and explore new funding structures and update the Digital Bridge mission and vision to reflect the future of Digital Bridge.

- Secretariat is sending out an internal survey to vote on membership expansion, membership dues, and meeting cadence. Due to the fact we did not reach a quorum.
- Working to revise the mission and vision from input received from the Collaborative Body.

- Secretariat and Executive Committee will share summary paper from February annual meeting regarding data modernization perspectives from the Collaborative Body for Collaborative Body review.
- ExeCC Concept Paper Workgroup will share the Concept Paper summary for Collaborative Body review.

The Collaborative Body held it’s quarterly meeting on October 6, 2022. The purpose of this meeting was to review updates on the status of the Collaborative Body workgroups, review data from the Re-envisioning external survey and provide feedback, discuss and provide feedback on the SWOT analysis.

The Collaborative Body held it’s quarterly meeting on July 15, 2022. The purpose of this meeting was to welcome new Executive Committee members, review updates on the status of the Collaborative Body funder transition and current workgroups, and provide input through SWOT analysis questions for Digital Bridge re-envisioning.

- Build off of the discussion from the Collaborative Body in the world café breakout groups to inform a report on the recommendations for data modernization.
- Convene a re-envisioning and sustainability workgroup, led by Walter Suarez (Kaiser Permanente) and Bob Harmon (Cerner).
- Hold nominations and election process for Chair position, At-Large and Public Health on Executive Committee in May/June.
